Overview
Eloquent’s AI Strategy Program is the embodiment of our motto, “AI for Humans by Humans.” It involves a multi-faceted approach to understanding who your organization is, what drives your business, and how AI can be integrated into your existing departments and processes. The 8 week program culminates with a data-driven report and presentation deliverable, highlighting the specifics of what your unique AI Implementation should include.
The Process
The AI Strategy Program is broken up into several phases, each representing a unique aspect of information collection and review:
- Discovery - The deep immersion into your space, operations, and opportunities - producing the custom data needed over the course of the resulting strategic AI implementation.
- AI Personality System & App Architecture- The formulation of the AI personality, functionality, and Application framework based on the aligned needs and intended use cases of your organization’s stakeholders.
- AI Training System - Your AI’s training & tuning regimen. These techniques build the foundational neural networks that enable deep learning, training the AI to the required benchmarks of a Production-ready model. A going-forward training regimen will be recommended as well.
Optional Next Steps:
- Organizational Alignment - The alignment and training necessary for effective deployment, adoption, and enhancement. This also includes development of training assets to support the launch of the new system.
- Deployment - The official launch of your organization’s In-house AI.
