We start by establishing clear technology goals in collaboration with your company. Once achieved, our leadership team will take on the role and responsibilities of your technology leader, working closely with all key stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment towards our shared objectives. This involves a deep dive into your current technology landscape to identify areas for targeted improvements. Over an agreed-upon timeline, we implement a shared technology roadmap, guiding your company through meaningful changes and advancements.
Phase 1: Goal Setting
Initial Consultation:
We collaborate with you to understand your technology landscape and business objectives. Together, we establish clear, achievable technology goals for the term of the engagement
Phase 2: Hire Us
Role Definition:
Based on our agreed upon goals, we will take on the fractional responsibilities of the C-level or Director-level role that best fits the goals we've set out to achieve.
Phase 2: Stakeholder Alignment
Stakeholder Meetings:
Engage with key stakeholders to discuss and align on technology goals. This process involves addressing concerns and ensuring long-term organizational buy-in.
Phase 3: Technology Roadmap Development
Technology Roadmap Creation:
We will evaluate the current technology infrastructure and strategies in order to develop a tailored technology roadmap that aligns with our goals.
Phase 4: Implementation
Strategic Execution:
Over the course of the engagement, we will implement the technology roadmap in agreed-upon phases and monitor progress to adjust strategies as needed. This involves regular meetings to review progress and address issues, managing staff, representing the organization as a dedicated team member, and continuously updating the roadmap based on evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Phase 6: Offboarding and Knowledge Transfer
Transition Planning:
As we continue to execute against our goals, we will begin preparing for the transition well before the end of the engagement. This means creating a comprehensive transition plan detailing the steps for off-boarding and sourcing a Long-term Replacement for the role(if necessary).
Knowledge Transfer
We will ensure all strategies, plans, and insights are well-documented and create comprehensive reports that can be used by future leadership.
Training Sessions:
We will conduct training sessions with relevant team members and the successor (if identified), and share our insights, strategies, and experiences to ensure continuity.
Final Review & Feedback
As a final exercise, we will conduct a set of final meetings with key stakeholders to review the engagement's accomplishments and areas for future focus.
